Located in the heart of cherry country, Great Lakes Packing Company is a leading processor of tart and sweet cherries. GLPC began as a family enterprise in 1972 and has grown into a greater family of vertically integrated, predominantly grower-owned companies bringing you Michigan cherries from farm to table, locally and around the world.

The cherries we process are raised over a wide geographic area by people who take pride in growing the finest fruit. Our facilities and equipment are superior in the industry. We operate responsibly in the environment to the mutual benefit of growers, shareholders, employees, and consumers.

Our mission is to prepare perishable farm produce for wholesale food markets with quality and food safety as our driving principles. These principles guide our actions to deliver products that meet or exceed our customer expectations and regulatory obligations, which we have been doing proudly for over half a century.
